Closing shouldn't feel like chaos
We're building the workspace real estate teams reach for when a deal gets real — inspection week, document floods, and the countdown to keys.
Escrobro started with a simple observation: the last mile of a real estate transaction still runs on forwarded PDFs and reply-all threads. Agents juggle five deals at once. Buyers call for updates that already exist somewhere. Transaction coordinators rebuild the same checklist in a new spreadsheet for every property.
The industry has CRMs for leads and MLS systems for listings. What's missing is a dedicated workspace for active escrow — where documents, messages, tasks, and parties share a single address and a single closing date.
That's what we're building. Not another portal buyers ignore. Not a generic file share with loose permissions. A transaction workspace that agents actually open every morning and clients actually check from their phone.
One property, one workspace
Deals don't fail because agents lack tools. They fail because context scatters across email, text, and shared drives. We organize around the address — not the inbox.
Clients shouldn't need training
Buyers close every seven years. They won't remember a password. Magic links and property-scoped layouts meet people where they are.
Security is the default
Row-level isolation, encrypted storage, and least-privilege access aren't enterprise upsells. They're how transaction data should work from day one.
We're in public preview, working closely with brokerages and independent agents who close residential deals every week. If that sounds like your team, we'd like to hear from you.
