Escrobro, Inc. ("Escrobro," "we," "us") provides transaction workspace software for real estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile details such as phone number and brokerage affiliation.
Transaction data. Property addresses, deal metadata, uploaded documents, messages, tasks, and participant details you add to workspaces you create or are invited to.
Usage data. Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken in the product — used to maintain security, debug issues, and improve performance.
Communications. Messages you send to our support team and feedback you submit.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Escrobro service
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls per transaction
- Send transactional emails (magic links, invites, notifications)
- Respond to support requests and product inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use transaction documents or messages to train third-party AI models.
How we share information
Within a transaction. Information you add to a workspace is visible to participants invited to that deal by the agent. This is core to how the product works.
Service providers. We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, email delivery, and file storage. They process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations. See our Security page for details.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Escrobro, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If Escrobro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Closed transactions remain accessible to invited participants unless deleted by the agent. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@escrobro.com.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact privacy@escrobro.com to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
Escrobro is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
