- Any transaction with status active or pending in your workspace. Closed and cancelled deals don't count toward your limit on Starter.
- Can clients access Escrobro for free?
- Yes. Client and participant access is included — you only pay for agent seats. Clients authenticate via magic link at no additional cost.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- Team plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount for brokerages with ten or more agents — contact us for details.
- What happens after the Starter trial?
- You can upgrade to Team, downgrade to a limited free tier, or export your data. We don't hold transaction files hostage.
