Escrobro is built for licensed real estate professionals who manage active transactions. Each deal gets its own workspace — isolated from your other properties — with documents, messages, tasks, and participants in one place.
Create your account
Visit the sign-in page and enter your work email. Escrobro uses passwordless authentication: you'll receive a magic link that signs you in without a password. Links expire after a short window for security. Request a new one if yours has expired.
On first sign-in, your profile is created automatically. Your name and email are pulled from your account — you can update these later from your dashboard.
Open your first deal
From the dashboard, select New transaction. Enter the property address, city, state, and transaction type (buy, sell, or lease). Optionally set the contract price and target closing date — these power countdowns and progress views on your dashboard.
Once created, the transaction opens in its own workspace. Everything you add — participants, documents, messages, tasks — stays scoped to that property.
Next steps
Invite the buyer, seller, or other parties from the transaction overview. Upload your purchase agreement and add tasks for key contingencies. Share the workspace link so clients can follow along without a separate app install.
